Ardustat Installation

To use your Ardustat with Windows you will need:

  1. A recent version of Java, found here
  2. FTDI Serial Drivers, found here

To use your Ardustat with Mac OS X you will need

  1. FTDI Serial Drivers, found here (intel) or here (ppc g3 g4 g5)

To use your Ardustat with Linux you will need a

  1. A working Sun based version of Java (GnuJ doesn’t like RXTX)
  2. FTDI Serial Drivers (often installed from the get go (Kernel 2.69 or Higher), but available here)

As of 7/19 the FTDI Site is borked. Drivers can be found in the respective Arduino files.
